At Crazy Shirts, we want you to love what you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 90 days of purchase. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
